Biography
Meghan Houle is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at Concordia University, where she is supervised by Dr. Stephanie Paterson. Her research interests include gender-based violence, criminal justice, innovative justice, and critical policy studies. Her dissertation examines the development of specialized courts as a policy response to sexual violence.
